Το project μετάφρασης αποφάσεων Ανωτάτου Δικαστηρίου

Από τον Νοέμβριο του 2020, και μετά από εισήγηση του τέως Προέδρου του Ανωτάτου Δικαστηρίου κου Στέλιου Ναθαναήλ, η Μονάδα Δικονομικού Δικαίου ξεκίνησε ένα project μετάφρασης αποφάσεων του Ανωτάτου Δικαστηρίου στα Αγγλικά. Σε πρώτη φάση μεταφράζονται κάποιες αποφάσεις που παρουσιάζουν κάποιο δικονομικό ενδιαφέρον. Στόχος μας είναι να συμβάλουμε όπως η κυπριακή νομολογία καταστεί προσιτή και ανοιχτή στη διεθνή νομική κοινότητα, κάτι που θα έχει τόσο ακαδημαϊκά όσο και εμπορικά/επιχειρηματικά οφέλη. Οι αποφάσεις μεταφράζονται από ερευνητικούς βοηθούς της Μονάδας και ελέγχονται από τους διευθυντές της και τυχόν συντακτικά ή άλλα λάθη στη μετάφραση δεν δεσμεύουν ούτε τη Μονάδα ούτε οποιονδήποτε τρίτο.
