Σε μια σημαντική και ιστορική στιγμή για την Κυπριακή Ακαδημία Επιστημών, Γραμμάτων και Τεχνών, πραγματοποιήθηκε η ειδική δημόσια συνεδρία κατά την οποία εγκαταστάθηκε ως Πρόεδρος ο Κοσμήτορας της Νομικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστήμιου Λευκωσίας, καθηγητής Αχιλλέας Κ. Αιμιλιανίδης.

Την Τετάρτη 17 Απριλίου του 2024, πραγματοποιήθηκε με τεράστια επιτυχία στο Πανεπιστήμιο Λευκωσίας, η παρουσίαση του νέου βιβλίου του Καθηγητή Αντώνη Μανιτάκη με τίτλο «Η κυριαρχία στο θολό τοπίο της παγκόσμιας διακυβέρνησης».

Την Τετάρτη 10 Απριλίου 2024 πραγματοποιηθήκε σεμινάριο του Τμήματος Πολιτικής και Διακυβέρνησης του Πανεπιστημίου Λευκωσίας, σε συνεργασία με τη σχολή Νομικής, με τίτλο «Οι πολιτικές εξελίξεις στην Ελλάδα: Από τις τελευταίες εκλογές μέχρι σήμερα».
Πραγματοποιήθηκε η παρουσίαση του τιμητικού τόμου: «Αντιχάρισμα στον Αιμίλιο Α. Σολωμού: Ιστορία και Εκπαίδευση»
Τη Δευτέρα, 8 Απριλίου 2024, πραγματοποιήθηκε με μεγάλη επιτυχία η παρουσίαση του τιμητικού τόμου με τίτλο: «Αντιχάρισμα στον Αιμίλιο Α. Σολωμού: Ιστορία και εκπαίδευση».

Την Παρασκευή, 26 Ιανουαρίου 2024, πραγματοποιήθηκε από την Κοινότητα Δένειας, με την υποστήριξη της Νομικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Λευκωσίας, εκδήλωση για το νομικό καθεστώς της νεκρής ζώνης ή γραμμής κατάπαυσης του πυρός. Η εκδήλωση έλαβε χώρα στην κατάμεστη αίθουσα UNESCO του Πανεπιστημίου Λευκωσίας.

Dean Achilles C. Emilianides has been appointed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr Constantinos Kombos as a member of the Educational Council of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry for a three-year term (2024-2026). The Council has the responsibility to advise the Ministry on the objectives and actions of its Diplomatic Academy.
