On Friday 17th March 2023, the School of Law of the University of Nicosia and the Greek Association of Labour and Social Insurance Law (EDEKA) co-organised a one-day conference on the harmonisation of European labour law within the legal systems of Cyprus and Greece.
The School of Law hosted the kick-off meeting of the Erasmus+ funded project “Sust-HEIn –Fostering whole institution approach to sustainability in higher education through systems-thinking”.
The first took place on January 28, with the aim of introducing students to International Relations studies, and more specifically to studies in Diplomacy, Security and International Organisations, and the second on February 18, with the theme "Becoming a Lawyer for a Day".
On January 31, the School of Law of the University of Nicosia and the Larnaca Bar Association, with the support of the Municipality of Larnaca, co-organised the “4th Lecture in the memory of Nikolaos Ι. Saripolos” at the House of Arts and Letters in Larnaca.
The event was held under the auspices of the newly established Chair of Cypriot Studies of AUTH, which was established and operates at the Faculty of Law of AUTH, thanks to a donation granted by the Cypriot Government.
