The Career Success Centre of the University of Nicosia in cooperation with Coca – Cola HBC Cyprus organise the Youth Empowered (YE) Stage 1 Day on Wednesday, 17 April 2024 between 9:00-16:00 at UNESCO Amphitheatre, University of Nicosia.
We are inviting all our students (any year and any field) and graduates, with Greek, Cypriot and EU nationalities speaking Greek fluently, who are interested in pursuing a career within the Coca-Cola HBC to attend the Youth Empowered (YE) Stage 1 Day on the 17th of April 2024!
Topics & Hours:
- CV and Interview Skills 09:00 –11:00
- Introduction to Sales 11:30-13:30
- Communication Skills 14:00 –16:00
You can attend all sessions or at least one to be eligible to move to Stage 2.
Stage 1: ENGAGE
Developing soft skills necessary for career enhancement.
Every student must attend 2 hours of physical learning with focus on personal development and soft skill development, enhancing understanding of oneself, utilize self-assessment tools and cultivate effective interaction and communication skills.
What is the YOUTH EMPOWERED 2.0?!
The YE Programme is a transformative initiative designed to empower university students, equipping them with essential skills for their future careers, connecting them with job opportunities and inspiring them through our growth capabilities. The YE programme, as it was known and applied the previous years, is now upgraded to a multi layers programme, comprising of three pillars, with aim to provide a comprehensive learning journey that goes beyond traditional academic education. The YE 2.0 Programme is not just an educational endeavour; it’s a transformative experience. By engaging, connecting, and inspiring students, we aim to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world application, preparing them not only for successful careers but also for leadership roles within our company.
