Our Accommodation Office can help you find suitable and convenient housing for the duration of your studies.

UNIC Residences, the University of Nicosia’s official student residences redefine modern student living. They consist of three separate complexes – SIX, U and TRIANGLE – which are among the most stunning student accommodations ever constructed in Europe.

UNIC Residences provide a multitude of dining, relaxing and entertainment options for residents, including restaurants and cafes, a mini-market, gyms, TV rooms, games areas and more.

Located in the upscale neighbourhood of Makedonitissa, in Nicosia, the residences are surrounded by UNIC’s vibrant, urban campus that, in addition 20 university buildings, is home to more than 70 restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and bars, all within walking distance.


Other Accommodation

In addition to UNIC Residences, you can choose from a great range of other accommodation options, including renting an affordable private apartment or house in close vicinity to the University.

Our office provides useful information regarding lease agreements, furniture rental, etc. It can also arrange for temporary student accommodation at special rates, offer roommate and other useful services such as airport pickup and transportation.

PLEASE NOTE: The University accepts lists of accommodation options from landlords for the convenience of its students.  The University does not however inspect or check any of the accommodation listed in any way and takes no responsibility for the condition of any premises listed or for the actions of any landlord who uses the space to advertise accommodations.Therefore we advise you to:

  • Not sign any contracts for accommodation without first inspecting the property
  • Not ask friends to secure accommodation before you arrive.
  • Not pay deposits or send money before physically sighting a property.
  • Not pay money to someone you do not know.
