The University of Nicosia hosts the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP), titled: “Navigating Cultural Differences: From Cultural Awareness to Effective International Collaboration”. The programme will take place in two phases: the virtual component from 29 June to 10 July 2026, and the on-campus component from 13 to 17 July 2026.

The partner consortium met for the first time on 23 – 25 November 2025 at Budapest Metropolitan University, which hosted the project’s kick-off meeting.
The meeting was held in a round-table format and focused on launching the development of new online study courses
The meeting brought together partners from Moldova, Italy, and Greece, and laid the foundation for joint work to strengthen mental health within Vocational Education and Training (VET) in Moldova and the EU.
In addition to workshops and panel discussions, participants will have the opportunity to engage in cultural and networking activities across Nicosia.
EAGLE (Enhancing Higher Education e-Learning Structures and Modules in Conflict Regions of East Africa), an Erasmus-LS project fully funded by the European Union, was launched in January 2025 and had the first face-to-face meeting in Nairobi Kenya in May 2025.
The project adopts a whole-institution approach, strengthening institutional capacity to design and implement forward-looking strategies that integrate sustainability and digital innovation.
