Emilianides, advocate, Dean of the School of Law of the University of Nicosia, and General-Secretary of the Cyprus Academy of Sciences, Letters, and Arts, was elected as a member of the Conciliation and Good Offices Commission (‘Commission’) by the General Conference of the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (‘UNESCO’) during its 41st session.
