“7 Lives, 7 Stories” is a documentary film produced by young refugees residing in Cyprus, as part of a UNHCR Cyprus project.

The project aims to give young refugees, aged between 18 and 30 years old, an opportunity to share their stories and perspectives on their current lives in Cyprus with the wider public. As a participatory project, the young refugees learned various film-making skills, while using the video format to express themselves and tell their stories.

The screening event will be hosted by UNHCR Cyprus and the University of Nicosia, and will include a Q&A with the protagonists as they share their experiences in making their films.

An informal reception will follow. Entrance to the event is free of charge.
