The University of Nicosia constantly aims to develop and strengthen internal and external networks in order for Faculty and Researchers to benefit from such links.
Today, the University collaborates with various Academically Affiliated Institutions and has established close links with other academics institutions, governmental bodies and the industry. Faculty and Researchers may benefit from these partnerships and are encouraged to spend some time familiarising themselves with the various Academically Affiliated Institutions and industry links available.
The R&IO is available to advise Faculty and Researchers and to connect individuals with specific individuals, institutions and/or organisations, according to their research interests.

Cyprus Medical Research Institute
The Diplomatic Academy is an independent non-profit institute, closely affiliated with the University of Nicosia, established in 2011 to provide training and promote education, information and analysis on diplomatic and international relations developments.
The European Documentation Centre (EDC) is a body designated by the European Commission to promote and disseminate official publications and other sources of information provided by the European Union.

As the world population grows, our oceans will play an increasingly important role as a source of food (fishing and aquaculture), for the transport of goods via ships and the provision of natural resources including oil, natural gas and minerals. Protecting our seas from pollution, noise, acidification, and warming temperatures is of paramount importance.
The Mass Media & Communication Institute (IMME) was established in 1999 as a non-profit, research-academic organization based in Nicosia. IMME works closely with the Department of Communications, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, at the University of Nicosia.
The Cyprus Branch of the Royal Commonwealth Society (RCS Cyprus) was officially launched in 2018, the year in which the Royal Commonwealth Society celebrated the 150th anniversary since its establishment in 1868 in London. RCS Cyprus is located and administered at the main campus of the University of Nicosia, aspiring to build on the University’s capacity and accelerated growth, with the aim of maximising its own potential as well as its international footprint in Commonwealth affairs.
