Overlooking the campus, Loft serves as a dynamic training ground. Here, select students have the opportunity to apply their culinary skills, manage operations, and deliver exceptional customer service. The experience gained at the Loft not only enhances their culinary abilities but also equips them with the necessary skills to excel in the hospitality industry.
