In order to video chat with our counsellors, you will need to have Skype installed on your desktop or mobile device and be logged in to your Skype account. If you don’t already have Skype installed, you can get it here.
If a counsellor is unavailable at the moment you try to initiate a Skype call, this may mean that they are on another call, or have a scheduled appointment at this time. If this happens, please try calling another counsellor.
