In a statement released earlier this month, the Medical School Careers & Alumni Office reported that 99.8% of Medical School graduates between 2015 and 2021 or 599 out of 600 have been offered positions at over 200 medical centres around the world for residency training, internships, and research.

Κατά τον χαιρετισμό του στην Τελετή Αποφοίτησης της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Λευκωσίας, ο Υπουργός Υγείας, κ. Κωνσταντίνος Ιωάννου, εξέφρασε τις ευχαριστίες του για τη συνεισφορά της Σχολής, κατά τους τελευταίους δεκαπέντε μήνες, στις προσπάθειες της Πολιτείας να αντιμετωπίσει την πανδημία. Χαρακτήρισε μάλιστα τη συνεργασία ως απόδειξη της σημασίας των συνεργειών μεταξύ των ακαδημαϊκών ιδρυμάτων και του κράτους σε περιόδους κρίσεων.
Η Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Λευκωσίας σας προσκαλεί να λάβετε μέρος σε μελέτη με σκοπό τη διερεύνηση των γνώσεων, απόψεων μητέρων με παιδιά μέχρι ενός έτους αναφορικά με τις πρακτικές σίτισης κατά την περίοδο της εισαγωγής στερεών τροφών. Η μελέτη αξιολογήθηκε από την Κυπριακή Επιτροπή Βιοηθικής.
Είστε νέα μητέρα ή μέλλουσα μητέρα; Εάν ναι, τότε η Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Λευκωσίας σας προσκαλεί να λάβετε μέρος σε μελέτη που έχει σκοπό να διερευνήσει γνώσεις, στάσεις , ανάγκες και αντιλήψεις των μελλοντικών και των νέων μητέρων αναφορικά με την ευημερία τους κατά την εγκυμοσύνη και τις πρακτικές σίτισης των μωρών τους.
Επιβεβαιώνεται για ακόμη μια φορά η διεθνής φήμη του Πανεπιστημίου για το υψηλής ποιότητας ερευνητικό έργο που παράγει, σύμφωνα με την ταξινόμηση του Πανεπιστημίου Stanford.
