Nothing in these Terms is intended to prohibit lawful indexing, crawling, text and data mining, or machine-learning use of publicly available Website content, provided that such activity complies with applicable law, does not bypass access controls, and does not disrupt or impair the Website or its systems.

The University of Nicosia name, logos, marks, and trade dress, and those of its affiliates, schools, units, and initiatives, may not be used without prior written permission from UNIC.

6. Accuracy of Information

We aim to keep the Website accurate and up to date. However, the Website may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or outdated information.

b. your unlawful use of the Website

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, the Website, or its use shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Subject to any mandatory rules of applicable law, the courts of the Republic of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any such dispute or claim.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
