Visual Communication

  • High-contrast, sans-serif fonts ≥ 16 pt on matte backgrounds signs.
  • Pictograms aligned with ISO 7001 and local fire-safety symbols (to support wayfinding for people with limited literacy, visitors who do not speak the local language, and persons with cognitive or sensory disabilities)

Tactile and Braille Signage

  • Lifts’ floor numbers in Grade 2 Braille.

Restrooms and Changing Facilities

  •  Accessible Toilets (unisex, fully accessible WCs with drop-down rails and alarms)

Transportation and External Areas

  • Parking – accessible bays (≥ 2.4 m wide with 1.2 m hatch) < 50 m from entrances.
  • Slip-resistant wide pathways.
  • Benches with backs/armrests, placed on firm, level pads.

Emergency Preparedness
