Marta Romero Ariza,
University of Jaén, Spain

Passionate about science and education and a strong supporter of research-based innovation, Marta Romero Ariza has had a position in the Department of Didactics of Sciences in the University of Jaén since 2006. Her research interests focus on how to best support teachers and learners to unveil their talents and appreciate and apply science to build a better world. She has been actively engaged in leadership and international projects to improve STEM education. She is author of a wide variety of publications in high-impact journals and international books and has regularly contributed to academic debate in science education conferences.
