HELIUM is an Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education initiative designed to support the modernisation of higher education institutions by strengthening governance structures, promoting internationalisation and advancing digital transformation.

The BOOST project has launched a new survey designed to strengthen research and innovation (R&I) competences and career pathways for researchers and research support professionals in Widening countries, in line with European Research Area (ERA) priorities.
Discussions focused on how higher education can better reflect current industry practices and anticipate future labour market needs. Through structured exchanges and joint planning activities, partners addressed ways to adapt curricula and teaching approaches to the fast-changing demands of the IT sector.
