Zumba Club
Brief Aims and Objectives of the Club:
Zumba is a great way to meet new people and friends while creating a community aimed at improving your mental and physical health.
It is an atmosphere available for all fitness levels that has a wide range of benefits. Such as increasing fitness, building endurance, improving coordination and boosting your mood.
All these aspects will later on help us as doctors so finding a fun and exciting way to channel them is important. The aim for this club is to meet once every week/once every 2 weeks for an hour session to complete a thoughtfully curated Zumba routine.
