Dr Georgia Katsifaraki

Dr. Georgia Katsifaraki specializes in Service Science and Service Management. She holds a PhD in Business Administration (University of Cyprus), while her academic studies include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Telecommunications (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens), a Master's degree in Informatics and Electronic Automation with a specialization in Management Information Systems (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens), as well as an MBA specialization (University of Cyprus). Currently, she is an adjunct Lecturer in Business Administration at the University of Nicosia and a Postdoctoral Researcher at the "KIOS" Research and Innovation Center of Excellence, University of Cyprus. Dr. Katsifaraki adopts an interdisciplinary approach in her research to explore the strategic, economic, and marketing implications of services in New Technologies environments, such as e-commerce and intelligent transportation systems. She has received a number of awards and scholarships for outstanding performance, and has further published in prominent scientific journals such as the Journal of Business Research, the Journal of Interactive Marketing, and others, as well as in leading conferences like the IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Transportation Systems.
