The Careers Office of the Student Affairs Department in collaboration with The Advance Institute organises a Personal and Professional Development Workshop for students and alumni.

Presenter: Ms. Eleni Demosthenous – Human Capital Consultant – Executive Coach, The Advance Institute
The workshop is designed for students, university graduates, and young professionals.
The workshop’s main goal is to enhance the self awareness of participants, identify their talents, interests and drivers for career success and illustrate how setting goals and drafting an action plan will take them where they want to be. The workshop was build to help people effectively communicate their unique talented self for career success.
By the end of the seminar the participants will:
- Gain insights about their interests, abilities, skills, values, and personality traits
- Choose a career path best suited for them
- Set goals and learn how to reach them
- Draft a detailed schedule of key activities needed to accomplish goals
- Become effective in promoting themselves
A certificate of attendance will be given to all participants.
