The Department of Communications at the University of Nicosia and Friedrich Ebert Stiftung Cyprus Office cordially invite you to a symposium on "Participation, Media Representation and the Financial and Political Crises in Cyprus".
The symposium will take place at the University of Nicosia on 4 December, 2014. It will feature two international key note speakers Professors Suman Gupta and Nico Carpentier, and academics and media and law practitioners in Cyprus.
Also, some of our students from the MA program in Digital Media and Communications will present critical reflections on their projects conducted within four organizations including CYTA, like.com.cy, the TEDx Talk series and the University of Nicosia.
