Bank Transfer

Payment reference required

Please include your student number and name in the payment reference for every transfer. If your transfer arrives without your student number and name, we must investigate with our bank to identify the funds. Any bank charges related to this investigation will be passed on to you.

Bank charges

Your bank may deduct fees depending on the transfer method you choose. UNIC Athens credits your student account with the exact amount received. Any bank charges are your responsibility, so the credited amount may be less than what you sent.

Notifications and tracking

We do not receive automatic payment notifications or tracking of bank transfers. Your bank may offer tracking on its side to you.

Notifications and tracking

We receive instant notification of final authorisation. In the event that there is any issue with the transaction after the initial authorisation, you will be notified accordingly.

Registration

In order to use this service for the first time, you need to register and obtain a password.
Visit the website: https://www.jccsmart.com/register enter your email address and follow the instructions.

To pay by credit/debit card, please take the following steps:

  1. Visit the JCC website: https://www.jccsmart.com/
  2. Click on “log in” and enter you JCCsmart email and password
  3. Click on “Businesses”
  4. Click on “Education”
  5. Click on “UNIC Athens”
  6. Click on ‘’Pay’’
  7. Enter your University Student ID (the ID must begin with U followed by 8 digits) and click next
  8. Enter the amount you wish to pay and click next
  9. Enter your card details and click pay

Early Payment Discount (except for Medical School)

All EU students (i.e. those that do not require a student visa) who pre-pay the full amount of their semester tuition and fees by the last day of the Add/Drop period (i.e. 2 weeks after classes commence), are entitled to an early payment discount of 4%. The discount is calculated on the net tuition (i.e. after the deduction of any scholarship if applicable).
