Stelios Georgiades is a Clinical Professor of Clinical Psychology at the University of Nicosia Medical School.
Dr Georgiades holds a BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences from the University of London, a BA (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Middlesex, an MSc from the Institute of Psychiatry (University of London) and a PsychD from the University of Surrey.
His research interest is on the role of schizotypy in the deveoplent of schizophrenia and the efficacy of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the treatment of schizophrenia and post-traumatic stress disorder. He is also interested in the investigation of the role of psychology in medical practice and in psychological education.
