UNIC Health, supporting the strategic growth of its Medical and Veterinary Schools, seeks a full-time Course Administrator based in Nicosia to join its Team on a fixed-term contract, for a time period of 6 months as a maternity cover.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Schedule lectures, tutorials and practicals in coordination with teaching staff.
  • Offer administrative support to committees and working groups: plan, hold, take minutes and follow-up on action points.
  • Develop and maintain student handbooks and other student information.
  • Manage and produce detailed allocations for all student clinical placements under the advisement of the clinical placement leads and other clinical tutors.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in administrative or similar roles of at least 3 years, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Postgraduate studies will be an advantage.
  • Excellent command of the English and Greek language, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a diverse team of professionals.
  • Attention to detail.

The ideal candidate should be eligible to work in the European Union/ European Economic Area.
