Professor Andreas Charalambous, Executive Vice President for Health, recently visited the University of Pittsburgh, from 22 to 25 May 2024, at the invitation of Chancellor Joan Gabel.
During his visit, Professor Charalambous held productive meetings with the Chancellor as well as with the leadership of the School of Medicine and the School of Public Health. The discussions focused on areas of research collaboration, student and faculty exchanges, and the development of joint academic programmes.
Upon his return Charalambous stated, ‘We look forward to the promising opportunities that will arise from this visit and the establishment of a strong academic and research partnership with the University of Pittsburgh’.
