Dr Constantinos Zervides, MD Course Lead of Physics in Medicine, after nomination by the Society for Radiological Protection of the United Kingdom, has been invited to become a corresponding group member of the International Congress Programme Committee (ICPC) of the 15th International Radiation Protection Association Congress (IRPA15), which will be held in Seoul, Korea, from 11 to 15 May 2020.
IRPA15 is a premier conference for those engaged in radiation protection activities in all countries to communicate more readily with one other, and to share their accumulated knowledge and experience for the advancement of radiation protection worldwide, and to facilitate the safe use of medical, scientific, and industrial radiological practices for the benefit of mankind.
The main role of the ICPC Corresponding Group members is to formulate the scientific and technical programme of the IRPA15.
