Abstract
What is happening in the North? Russian policy in the Arctic and the Baltic regions
The North has for a long time been the quiet corner of Europe. This is no longer the case. In the Arctic we see an ongoing struggle for resources and in the Baltic region the Nordic countries feel the need for rearmament and defence cooperation. At the centre of this is the Russian policy. What is happening and how can it be explained?
