World’s First Master’s Degree in Blockchain & Crypto

The University of Nicosia became a world leader in crypto and blockchain education, having been the first university to offer an accredited master’s programme in Blockchain and Digital Currency with more than 1,700 enrolled students since 2014.
The MSc curriculum provides a comprehensive and interdisciplinary coverage of the field, with courses in finance and economics, business management, and computer science, all focused on existing and emerging crypto applications, such as Decentralized Finance (DeFi) and asset tokenization. The MSc curriculum also features the world’s first free MOOC on Mastering Web3, which has been attended by +145,000 students from over 120 countries to date.
The master’s programme offers EUR 300,000 in merit or financial need-based scholarships, making it more accessible to students worldwide. It is delivered fully online with a flexible structure, allowing students to customize their learning experience as full-time or part-time, depending on their schedule.
