The Career Success Centre, the Department of Student Affairs in cooperation with Eleni Demosthenous, Executive & Team Coach and Mentor – Organizational Development Advisor invite students to attend a practical workshop designed to guide participants on a journey of self-discovery, empowering them to reconnect with their inner strength, clarity, and authentic voice. Through reflective exercises, guided inquiry, and meaningful dialogue, participants explore what power truly means to them, identify what strengthens or diminishes it, and define their next level of personal and professional success.

The workshop will be held on Monday, 30 March 2026, from 11:00-12:30 at Loft Restaurant and Bar.

By the end of the workshop, participants will gain deeper self-awareness, renewed confidence, and practical strategies to step fully into their power with courage, authenticity, and purpose. They will leave with greater clarity about who they are becoming, what they stand for, and how to intentionally create a life and career aligned with their true potential.
