Tuition Fees

The tuition for the new students of the academic year 2025-2026 is based on the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS), which provides a clear and transparent method of calculating the semester and yearly tuition (based on the number of ECTS registered per semester/year).

Financial Aid & Scholarships

We offer merit scholarships, financial aid, athletic scholarships, and on campus work study for full time students. Different schemes apply to the Medical School. 

  • How it's applied: Scholarships/financial aid reduce tuition and are deducted from your monthly instalments each semester.
  • When to apply: Submit your aid application with or shortly after your programme application so decisions can accompany your offer where possible.

Notes for “Other Fees”:

1 Other fees including Transcripts, Evaluations, Second Exams, DHL and Graduation Applications are charged when the service is requested.
2 Administrative fee is paid once before enrolment and it is then deducted from tuition fees upon completion of the first semester.
3 The annual Malpractice Insurance fee is €700 for the penultimate and final year of studies and €300 for the earlier years.

Please note all Insurance Fees are subject to change based on the final charge by the provider. The final amounts are communicated before the start of each academic year.

Calculation of Tuition

For example, the tuition and other fees for a full-time student enrolled in the Accounting Bachelor programme (Total 240 ECTS and tuition €258 per ECTS), who is registered for 30 ECTS per semester (60 per year), are as follows:

Note:
For Medical School programmes, tuition is charged at 50% of the annual amount for each of the two semesters. The annual amounts for insurances are charged in the Fall semester.

NOTES

1. Normal (full) attendance corresponds to 30 ECTS per semester (60 ECTS per year). For Medical School there is a compulsory full time attendance of 60 ECTS per academic year.

2. A variety of scholarships are available to full-time students, including academic merit scholarships, financial aid assistance, athletic scholarships and on-campus work-study programmes. Different scholarship schemes apply for Medical School. More information about scholarships can be obtained from the Admissions Department.

3. Scholarships/financial aid apply to tuition and are deducted from the monthly instalments of each semester.

4. A late payment charge of 4% per year may be imposed on all overdue amounts until their full settlement. Students with outstanding financial obligations to the University will not be permitted to receive examination results, grades, transcripts, degree certificate or other documents, or enrol for the following Semester, until their accounts are settled.
