University Report on UN Sustainable Development Goals

It has increasingly become apparent that universities have a critical role in contributing to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through their faculty, staff, students, and their broader stakeholder community and alumni, universities are primed to act as catalysts for societal change.

The University of Nicosia Sustainable Development Goals Report aims to present activities and pertinent information on sustainability. It combines data from various stakeholders across the University, including professional and academic staff, students and alumni, and local communities and businesses. We are committed to helping our students, government, industry, and society through our actions for more sustainable business and operations. The report presents information about the University’s efforts towards tackling each of the SDGs presented from the viewpoints of Research, Operations, Student Learning, and Community.
