Evolve Formulation is a small-scale advanced manufacturing and quality-control platform for precision nutraceutical and supplement development. Its mission is to turn formulation concepts into traceable, testable, and physically characterised dosage forms, connecting personalised health strategies with production feasibility.
Research & Innovation Focus
The lab supports controlled powder dispensing, feedstock preparation, 3D printing of supplement forms, conditioning, physical testing, dissolution screening, and final kitting. It is designed for research at the intersection of formulation science, personalised nutrition, longevity interventions, manufacturing innovation, and quality-controlled product development.
Core Capabilities
Capabilities include 3D supplement printing through the FabRx M3DIMAKER 2 platform with Semi-Solid Extrusion Laguna printhead; dissolution profiling through the Pion miniDISS Profiler; thermal analysis using TA Instruments DSC and TGA systems; disintegration, friability, hardness, and tapped-density testing through ERWEKA platforms; and precision weighing through Shimadzu analytical balance infrastructure.
