Digital Video Editing Suite

The Digital Video Editing Suite is one of the largest facilities in the Mediterranean region and is used both as a classroom and as a student work project space.

The Lab features 16 (12th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-12400F @ 2.50GHz) computers running Windows 11 Education. It is primarily used by Multimedia and Graphic/Digital Design students. This lab supports advanced visual production, audio editing/mastering, 3D animation, video editing, 3D Modeling and creative design, providing a professional environment for hands-on learning in digital design. Adobe Creative Cloud applications are used extensively for multimedia production and design projects.

Software: Microsoft Office 2021, Visual Studio 2022, IBM SPSS Statistics, Adobe Creative Cloud (including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Animate, Adobe After Effects, and Premiere Pro), AutoCAD 2026, Maya 2026, and Audio editing software for communications students.

Adobe Premiere Pro CC is a timeline-based video editing software application. It is part of the Adobe Creative Cloud, which includes video editing, graphic design, and web development programme.
