The student translates on-screen concepts into accurate physical prototypes through the Digital Fabrication Workshop (F-LAB), building hands-on making skills that strengthen design development, technical proficiency, and employability.

Houses laser cutters, CNC milling and 3D-printing facilities that convert digital files into site models, façade studies, furniture mock-ups, and research prototypes.
In addition to the F-LAB, the Department maintains the ARC laboratories, which include the Architecture Workshop (C-LAB) and the Wood Workshop (W-LAB). These university facilities house digital prototyping equipment and wood-working tools that individual students or groups can access to produce models and prototypes upon request. Equipment includes an A0 open laser cutting machine, a CNC milling machine, three 3D printers, and a wide range of hand and power tools for wood processing. The use of these technologies is integrated into several courses and workshops across the architecture and interior programs.
All laboratories are supervised and maintained by an experienced support team. Staff includes four lab operators and five student assistants under the general supervision of a Lab-Manager, while an Academic Lab Coordinator ensures that teaching and research projects are fully supported by the available hardware, software, and personnel.
