Keynote Speaker
Benjamin Noys
About the Conference
In collaboration with the ECPR’s Critical Peace & Conflict Standing Group, Digital Transitions & Society is organizing a two-day conference to be held on May 18th–19th at the University of Nicosia, Cyprus. The aim is to initiate a critically-oriented discussion that centers on the intricate relationship between emerging technologies and the dynamics of conflict and peace (broadly conceived).
Overarching Research Questions
The conference seeks to deduce empirical as well as theoretical insights through a comparative approach that examines diverse localities and dimensions of conflict. We provide an inclusive, vibrant and critical space for dialogue. We highly encourage junior and emerging, as well as established scholars, from different fields, backgrounds and regions of the world to participate.
