Kyriakos Alexandros Spanoudes
Dr Kyriakos Alexandros Spanoudes is the Associate Head of the Department of Veterinary Medicine at the School of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Nicosia.
Dr Spanoudes holds a DVM degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2013). During his studies, he pursued training in Germany, Finland and UK. Following his graduation, he pursued research in Biomedical Engineering and Regenerative Medicine. His research interests include Laboratory Animal Science, Tissue engineering, Biomaterials, Drug delivery and therapeutic ultrasound technologies. His work has been published in 17 peer reviewed articles, 1 book chapter and 45 research abstracts. He is conducting field trials and preclinical studies, collaborating with local and international academic laboratories and leading pharmaceutical companies.
