The School of Veterinary Medicine adheres to the highest standards of Veterinary Medicine education. To this end an International Advisory Committee (IAC) has been established, composed of senior experts in the field of Veterinary Medicine. The role of the Committee is to contribute to the mission and vision of the Veterinary School, through providing high-level strategic guidance and constructive recommendations for improvement, to any or all aspects of the School’s programmes. Specifically, the IAC provides:

  1. Advice on veterinary medical education, pedagogy, areas to improve the career advancement of graduates.
  2. Recommendation links with other institutions and industry, relevant to the growth of the School, including advising on research networks and potential collaborations.
  3. Recommendations in relation to outreach and social impact activity in areas relevant to veterinary medicine.
