Evangelia Georgiadi

Dr Evangelia Georgiadi is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Veterinary Dentistry and Surgical Skills at the University of Nicosia School of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr Georgiadi holds a Diploma in Veterinary Medicine from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Thessaly, Greece, and a Master of Veterinary Science (MVSc) in Small Animal Surgery from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Following the completion of her postgraduate training, she has maintained continuous clinical activity and has been working in her private small animal practice in Limassol, Cyprus, for over 15 years, with particular expertise in advanced diagnostics, surgical management, and comprehensive patient care.

Her professional interests focus on animal welfare, with particular emphasis on stress-free handling and low-stress clinical consultations. She has a strong interest in ethical considerations in veterinary practice and in the application of behavioural science to clinical work, aiming to enhance animal well-being and promote high standards of veterinary care.
