Eleni Gentekaki
Dr Eleni Gentekaki is an Associate Professor at the School of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Nicosia.
She holds a BSc in Human Kinetics, a Master’s in Immunology, and a PhD in Eukaryotic Microbiology from the University of Guelph in Canada.
Her research interests include microbial diversity and microbial ecology. She is particularly focused on conducting microbiome and ecology studies that revolve around humans, animals, and the environment, emphasizing the One Health perspective.
