As part of the University’s multi-year plan for campus improvement and expansion, renovation of the library was planned for summer 2018. This has been accelerated due to facility-related matters that could impact student, faculty, and staff health and safety. The works will be undertaken between 19/3/2018 – 15/4/2018, during which library services and hours will be disrupted.
The library will be closed 23/3/2018 till 15/4/2018.
We apologise for the inconvenience it may cause. In our effort to minimise the impact, the following solutions have been devised:

Main Collection books can be loaned between 19/3/2018 – 22/3/2018 and returned 16/4/2018 – 21/4/2018 (actual return date will be stamped in the book)

All electronic resources will still be available throughout the university and off-campus, 24/7.

Librarians available during working hours (Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00) to address any queries (22 842100). They will be based in the Library Conference room, 1st floor, Library Building.

Alternative self-study areas will be available as follows:

Coffeeology 101 cafeteria (during their open hours)

RTB Cafeteria in the Research and Technology Building (during their open hours)
