
Dr Katerina Papanicolaou
Adjunct Lecturer
Dr Catherine Papanikolaou studied law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She received her Master (1997) and her PhD (2003, with distinction) in public law from Law School of the University Paris II (Panthéon-Assas, Sorbonne). She teaches public law (constitutional and administrative law, civil liberties) as an Adjunct Lecturer in the Hellenic Open University, in the University of Piraeus, in the University of Nicosia, at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. She is currently also a member of the Plenary of the Hellenic Independent Authority for Communication Security and Privacy. She is the author of several articles in the field of constitutional law, public law, civil rights.
