Στην ομιλία του ο Πρόεδρος Δικηγορικού Συλλόγου Λευκωσίας, Στέφανος Σκορδής αναφέρθηκε στη στενή συνεργασία που αναπτύχθηκε μεταξύ του Συλλόγου και της Νομικής Σχολής του ΠΛ, η οποία έχει αποβεί επωφελής για τους δικηγόρους και για τους φοιτητές, αλλά και για τη νομική επιστήμη εν γένει.
Με επιτυχία πραγματοποιήθηκε η εκδήλωση με τίτλο «Προστασία Παγκόσμιας Πολιτιστικής Κληρονομιάς: Η περίπτωση των γλυπτών του Παρθενώνα» και η παρουσίαση του βιβλίου του Ομότιμου Καθηγητή Γεώργιου Ν. Λεοντσίνη με τίτλο «Το ναυάγιο του “Μέντορος” στις ακτές των Κυθήρων και η διάσωση των γλυπτών του Παρθενώνα».
