An extraordinary award-winning gin, made using the traditional method of Cold Compounding. Infused with ingredients including juniper, orange peel, coriander, cassia, cloves and cardamom, with the length of the compounding period controlled entirely by periodic sampling.

KITA NO HOMARE GOLD FLAKE SAKE / 17

This glitzy sake is the work of Kita No Homare, produced on Hokkaido, one of Japan’s main islands. The Junmai-Daiginjo sake is produced with polished rice and water from the Okusawa stream, so it’s clean and crisp.
