Investors in People is world-wide recognized quality standard which requires participating organizations to focus on their human resources and reflect on various issues pertaining to how they utilize, monitor, communicate with, train, assess and reward their people. It provides tools for evaluating current practices, as well as a model for improving on past performance through adopting recommended policies and strategies.
