On the occasion of the European Day of Languages 2019, the European Commission and European Documentation Centre of the University of Nicosia are organising the event:
“LANGUAGES EMPOWER YOU”

Taking place on Wednesday 25 September at 09:30-13:00 at the Open Amphitheatre, University of Nicosia with a bonus appearance by Nicky the robot in the Gallery.

Languages open doors and provide new opportunities whether it is for work, study, or travelling. Come and find out how the European Commission, the European Documentation Centre of the University of Nicosia (UNIC Library and Information Centre), the University of Nicosia Centre of Modern Languages, the Cyprus Linguistic Society, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports & Youth, embassies of EU Member States in Cyprus, cultural and linguistic institutes/organisations can help you open these doors.

Information material, competitions/quizzes and some cool prizes await you at the exhibition stands!

Other activities: “Tasters” from different languages, interactive games and much more.
