The event was jointly organised by the Civil Procedure Reform Committee and the Committee on the Enforcement of Judgments of the Cyprus Bar Association. Opening remarks were also made by Mr. Michalis Vorkas, President of the Cyprus Bar Association, Ms. Fotini Tsiridou, Member of the House of Representatives and Chair of the House Standing Committee on Legal Affairs, Justice and Public Order, Mr. Andreas Pasiourtidis, Member of the House of Representatives and Mr. Diomides Kallis, Chair of the Committee on the Enforcement of Judgments of the Cyprus Bar Association.

The programme included a presentation by Mr. George Kyriakou on the proposed reforms to Cyprus’ legislative framework governing the enforcement of judgments, followed by a roundtable discussion featuring distinguished legal practitioners and experts from Cyprus and abroad.
