Six months after my graduation, I succeeded in registering as a physician in two EU member states, Cyprus and Greece, as well as in one European Economic Area country, Switzerland, and in the United Kingdom. Additionally, the value of the medical degree I earned from the University of Nicosia was affirmed once again, when I applied to a highly competitive, world top-tier medical school for postgraduate studies and was accepted.
