What opportunities does Erasmus+ Key Action 1 Mobility offer to full-time UNIC faculty and staff?

The UNIC Erasmus Office is excited to announce the opening of applications for the Erasmus+ Staff/Faculty Mobility Program. This EU-funded initiative strengthens partnerships between Universities across the EU and in Partner countries worldwide.

Erasmus+ gives you the chance to spend 1–5 working days at one of more than 300 partner universities in Europe and beyond, either to teach (academic staff) or to follow a structured training plan (administrative or technical staff). In addition, faculty and staff may invite industry experts to UNIC for 1–5 days to deliver training sessions, workshops, presentations, or short courses. The overall experience is designed to:

  1. Expand professional and institutional networks
  2. Foster individual professional development
  3. Enhance cross-cultural collaboration
  4. Contribute to the internationalization of higher education
  5. Increase job satisfaction
