Dr Marcos Komodromos

Dr Marcos Komodromos is an Associate Professor at University of Nicosia’s Department of Communications. Dr Komodromos is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) of Great Britain, a Chartered PR practitioner (Ch. PR) and has been an active member of many Professional Associations and organizations in Cyprus and the U.K. He has earned two Master’s Degrees in Communications and in Management, and completed his PhD in organizational justice, trust and the management of change in organizations (Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration). Currently, he is a consultant in strategic communication, digital media and marketing communication in organizations in Cyprus and abroad, and he is a certified trainer and coach for employees in the areas of communication and public relations, marketing, social media, leadership, media training, and management. Dr Komodromos has more than 18 years of experience in the media industry, particularly radio and TV, and has many media projects to his credit. He has published widely on communication and public relations, organisational justice, organisational trust, new media, marketing communications, management of change, internal communication, and corporate social responsibility.
