Niki Dalianá is the Founder and CEO of FlameVerse AI, an innovative Emerging Career Intelligence platform designed to redefine how individuals discover and navigate professional opportunities in an era of rapid technological transformation. With an academic background in Psychology, Counselling and Career Guidance from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, she combines expertise in career development with a strong focus on innovation, artificial intelligence and the future of work.
She is the creator of the Invisible Careers concept within FlameVerse AI, an approach that brings emerging, interdisciplinary and often overlooked professional roles into the career exploration process. Her work integrates contemporary career development theories, including the Chaos Theory of Careers and Planned Happenstance, with interactive digital experiences and AI-assisted insights. As the Founder of Career Flame, she has developed initiatives connecting career guidance, education and emerging labour market trends. She also serves on the Supervisory Committee of SESYSEP, contributing to the professional field of career counselling. Under her leadership, FlameVerse AI has gained recognition through international innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives, including its selection among the Top 5 finalists at the Startup World Cup Greece and its selection for the AFBE Next Big Idea Competition 2026 in the United Kingdom. The platform has also been presented at academic conferences and major technology and innovation events. Her vision extends beyond helping people choose a profession. She aims to transform career exploration into a continuous process of discovering opportunities, navigating uncertainty and identifying new ways to create value in an evolving world of work.
