University of Nicosia’s Erasmus+ Info Day 2026

Hundreds of students explored opportunities for mobility, internships, employment and volunteering in Cyprus and abroad.

The University of Nicosia successfully hosted its Erasmus+ Info Day on 15 October 2026, as part of the Erasmus Days, a Europe-wide initiative celebrating the opportunities and impact of the Erasmus+ programme. The event welcomed hundreds of students eager to discover new opportunities for learning, international experiences and professional development.

Students learned about Erasmus+ mobility opportunities, including study exchanges at partner universities abroad and international traineeships. The event also highlighted the opportunities offered through NEOLAiA, the European University Alliance, which enables students to explore mobility, collaboration and participation in academic activities across the Alliance’s partner universities.

In addition, representatives from participating organisations presented opportunities for employment in Cyprus, volunteering abroad and traineeships within the institutions of the European Union, introducing students to a wide range of pathways for personal and professional growth.

The University of Nicosia extends its warmest thanks to all participating organisations and to the hundreds of students whose enthusiasm and active participation contributed significantly to the event’s success.

Through initiatives such as the Erasmus+ Info Day, the University continues to promote international mobility and connect its student community with opportunities that broaden horizons and open new perspectives for the future.
